Easy Turkey Bake
Found this recipe on the back of a stuffing box. I substitute chicken instead of turkey, but it's a favorite.
| 1 | pkg | Stove Top Stuffing |
preheat oven to 350*. Add 1 2/3 c. hot water to stuffing mix, stir until moist, set aside.
| 4 | c | Turkey |
| 1 1/2 | c | Broccoli, frozen |
| 2 | cans | Cream of Chicken Soup |
| 3/4 | c | milk |
| 1 1/2 | c | Cheddar Cheese - Grated |
Defrost broccoli and dice turkey. Mix turkey and broccoli. Put in 9x13 pan. Combine soup, milk and cheese, pour over turkey mix, top with stuffing. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
